Went to fix my iPhone 11 Pro screen was cracked, no other issues was able to use my phone while screen was cracked. After the first time I took it the touch wasn’t working at all. I must’ve taken it back a good 5 times and they finally said it was the mother board. The girl who helped me always on her phone with the boyfriend had to take it back to her several times. After mother board was fixed I brought it back AGAIN and it was a different guy there this time by name of Suliman and he fixed it right away turns out there was dirt in the charger port and had been overlooked. Great service from this guy very attentive and helpful! ~ Daria H

Came in to this store which by the way is not my first time here,customer service was excellent as usual came in to get some paperwork faxed,prices was so good I ended up buying a Otto box case for my iPhone and also purchased a privacy tempered glass which I had never heard of lol but like it because it’s different and just what it say it is a privacy protector for your phone glass and so no one can see from the side who you are on phone with,o think ima like it💯…I recommend this place for any accessories for your phone,they also have other services here also.. ~ RodS

I can’t remember the guys name for the life of me but he was so kind and helpful. He comforted me when I wanted to throw my laptop in the trash . Although my problem was minor, he was very patient and knowledgeable. He even cleaned my laptop like new. I appreciate the professionalism and the turnaround time. No matter how many people walked in the door he treated everyone with dignity and respect. There are still some good people in the world. He’s also bilingual so he can help just about anyone . I came in with my phone with a broken screen and everything. The touch wasn’t working apparently. She was very educated and she gave me a time period to wait for it to get repaired for a good price and everything was fixed. She handled me and the other customers with such ease and professionalism. I’ve been coming to this place for a long time and I’ll keep coming here because of the great service. This tech syeda has been amazing !!!! I came In and needed my water damage phone repaired which wasn't turning on for a year and she was able to get it fixed for me I less then an hour. My phone looks as good as new and I love it.... I would recommend this place to friends family and everyone who wants to get their phone fixed!!! Sana was very professional, courteous and efficient in getting the work done. I had to get my I phone battery replaced...which I thought will take hours...Texas cellular just not saved me money but also saved a lot of time on this replacement. I have a great experience anytime i need something fixed! Kevin helped me yesterday with my daughter’s iPhone. I thought I would end up just having to sell it for parts because it wasn’t turning on & wasn’t responding to any resets. Kevin was able to reset her phone, update it, & have it working like brand new! Kevin was nice, personable, and professional! Blessings to this business! I came here thr other day after my phone break. I had been with boost mobile for a year . I found out that i qualified for an upgrade with boost mobile. I walked out with lg tribute 5 for only 50 dollars. The phone was a big upgrade from my old phone. I am really thank you to helpful staff and sheena. She relly helped me out. I highly recommend this place for any electronic repairs. There honest about the price and process of there services. Unlike most phone repair places trying to over charge and rip folks off for basic repairs. Kevin took care and fix my phone in a timely fashion for a great price. I had a great experience at the Texas Cellular Cell Phone! I couldn’t download certain apps on my Samsung S25 due to a region issue, even though my settings showed the U.S. The team fixed it quickly in just 10–15 minutes. Called at 4:15pm to get a quote regarding a phone battery replacement. I was given the best time to arrive to get in the spot repair. I was given the option to wait or return in 30 minutes to pick it up. I opted to wait and to to their word My phone was ready to go it the time frame given and was charged what was quote. I came in from New Orleans for the storm and wondered in to look at some chargers not sure that I would find what I was looking for and Suliman took the time to show me and explained the chargers as well as the cord quality to me. Thanks to Sulieman, I brought in my hp x360 laptop for a keyboard replacement, and got the best service I could ask for! When the part came in, it took him about 30 minutes to completely disassemble my laptop and reassemble it exactly how it was; but now with a working keyboard.
